I love the art!! the game runs really smoothly in my browser and I love the UI showing score, time and lives.
I was a bit confused by what button to click but figured it out (Spacebar) I also don't quite understand the premise of the game (do you feed the cat, do you not feed the cat??)
edit: after a bit more playing I see there's good foods and bad foods, which honestly makes a lot of sense I just didn't notice the difference before :')
Overall I think I would suggest a few improvements- if there's food close together, they don't both go into the cats mouth, a menu of some kind (main menu and win/loss perhaps) and removing the decimal point after the time value but overall a really cool game! :]
